Should be required reading material for new instrumental music teachers! This is the most realistic look at your first year or two than any other book I have read.
(This was a gift to our daughter from us. I am reporting on this based upon our daughter's comments.
I think it was a great idea for the author to open up the world of her first year of teaching to the public. We all know there aren't enough useful publications for us music teachers.
